Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk10i ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk10i website at https://tk10i.io and all associated services, games, tools, promotions, and payment systems offered therein.

By accessing the tk10i platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification Process

tk10i reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or any other government-issued photographic identification. Where tk10i cannot confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and void any winnings accrued during the period under review.

Players found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their accounts permanently closed, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending an investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.

Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active tk10i account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk10i reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and withhold any outstanding balance pending a compliance review.

Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested by the registration form. You must keep this information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk10i username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify tk10i support immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification

tk10i may at any point request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require submission of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete the requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until the process is satisfactorily completed.

Supported Payment Methods

tk10i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be communicated via the platform. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Deposit Processing

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by players with verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). tk10i reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the tk10i player account.

Anti-Money-Laundering

All transactions on the tk10i platform are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) monitoring. tk10i reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that triggers an AML or CFT flag. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in the name of the player. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tk10i platform are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is subject to its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and mathematical models as determined by the respective game studio. tk10i does not control the outcome of any game.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the dealing or spinning process. tk10i does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of a game round, tk10i reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. tk10i's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Strategies

Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be immediately suspended and all associated balances may be withheld.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10i platform. • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing influence, or other activity that undermines the integrity of games or sporting events.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk10i platform — including but not limited to the tk10i brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game graphics, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk10i or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the tk10i platform. Any unauthorised use of tk10i intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability
